Notes

Bring to a boil 6.5 gal of water and add the wheat.

Add the remaining Wheat Malt 15 minutes from the end of the boil.

In the secondary you can add to taste raspberry extract prior to bottling if you want a stronger taste, (I do not). Remember you can always add more but if you add too much there's no going back if you don't like it.

Bright amber color, crystal clear with a lasting head.
