3.25 lbs pears peeled, juiced, and strained
1 lb fresh cranberries boiled in 2 cup water for 10 minutes, and strained
Combine with 1lb brown sugar, bring to 170F for 15 minutes
Add to 5.5 gal EZ Orchards apple cider in fermenter
Near the end of primary fermentation added 1/2 pod worth of vanilla beans (in a tea bag) + 2 short cinnamon sticks and a whole nutmeg (cracked open) into a mueslin bag.
