Notes

Steep all grains in 150-165 degree water for 20 minutes. Remove grains from water and bring to boil. Remove from heat, add all LME/DME, and then return to boil. Start hopping schedule. Add 2.5 ounces whiskey barrel chips to secondary. Either boil for 5 minutes in 1 cup water or create a mixture of chips and your choice whiskey 1-2 weeks prior. Allow beer contact with the chips for 3-4 weeks.
