Natural Spring Water, bottled from HEB.
Notes
Brew date: 10/28/2024
OG 1.049
Used bottled natural spring water
Steeped grains at 162* for 30 minutes
SG after 2 weeks (11/11/24) 1.011
FG on 11-15-24 1.011 = ABV 4.99%
Bottling date: 11/17/24
Racked beer from fermenter to bottling bucket
with a 5 oz corn sugar solution and
bottled 53 12 oz bottles
At 3 weeks (12-11-24) conditioning, the carbonation level is not where
I would like it to be. The beer is very drinkable, but too sweet.
If I were to do another extract, I would definitely change the hop
schedule and up the IBU. Will let it condition another week,
