Notes
Steep grains in 6.5qt @ 151degF for 15 minutes. Rinse with 1 gal 170degF water. Add water to 5.5 gal and heat to boil, add LME and top if necessary to 6.0 gal. Used our own Cascade Whole Hops. Chill wort to slightly below fermentation temp.
