Notes

Steep grains in 6.5qt @ 151degF for 15 minutes. Rinse with 1 gal 170degF water. Add water to 5.5 gal and heat to boil, add LME and top if necessary to 6.0 gal then begin 60 min boil. Chill wort to slightly below fermentation temp of 68degF. Adjusted hops weights to get prescribed AAU per BYO 12/2016 recipe.
