A moderately high strength saison. Crisp and dry, with a classic saison aroma. Subtle malt character with a citrusy finish from late addition hops.

- OG = 5.63 gal @ 11.8 brix (1.048) and 81% eff.

- FG = 1.002. Act. abv = 6.0%
- Tasting: smooth, balanced, slightly tart finish. Noticeable citrusy aroma from the all-late addition amarillo and comet hops. Promising.
