Notes
Basic Berliner Weisse. Using kettle souring method, and Goodbelly Probiotic (Raspberry Blackberry Juice Drink) as the source of souring agent. This probiotic product uses Lactobacillus plantarum 299V as the only probiotic strain. Make a starter with 1L water, 3 oz light DME, 1 qt Goodbelly juice drink, and a little yeast nutrient.
