Preffer not to use much Melanoidin, would use less and replace for rye next time.
Have not brewed this before and think is a nice first time.
Just waiting for fermentation to start and see its behavior in the next 2 weeks. Will then cold-crash for 3 days and let it age for a few weeks (3-4) and bottle with BR-8 and rest for 5-6 months.
