8/30/2024 - Made a 2.5L starter using 9.4 oz DME.
Plan:
Added 100 oz. of puree after 3 days (9/5): still active fermentation
Add 12 oz. thawed raspberries in muslin bag: sit w/ berries for 7-10 days (omitted this step)
Add 40g of powdered raspberries at bottling: add to 6 oz. priming sugar boil to sanitize
O.G.=1.071; F.G.=1.010
