Target Water Profile
Pilsen (Light Lager)
Notes
Fairly standard Pilsner.
I am going to re-use the grains in a short mash in another 32L of treated water for a low alcohol lager. I might add a handful ?150g of crystal malt to give this low alcohol lager some colour.
