If fresh hopping:
- swap 1 pound of fresh hops for every ounce of pellets after the boil
- add 4ml of lactic acid AFTER whirlpool
- replace dry hop additions with: turn off the heat, add 1 lbs of fresh hops every ten minutes for the next 40-70 minutes (4-7lbs)
