Notes

Steep grain in 1 gallon at 152 for 30 min, then raise to 168. Rinse and remove.

Add 5 gallons, boil, add LME. Add hops, boil 30 min.

Chill, aerate, pitch yeast.

Once fermentation complete, crash, then add dry hops
