5.9kg base malt,
0.1kg crystal (carapils to dark depending on preference)

15g magnum bittering (FWH)

Mix 200g of 2 different hops (or just use one) and split:

30g at 5min remaining in boil
70g at flame out (or 90c) for 10 min
100g at 80c for 10 min
