(Sanitize buckets/tools with star san (1oz to 5 gal of water)
1)4 gal of purifed/distilled water in each bucket
2)add 12.5lbs of dextrose into each bucket
3) 2 packs of propper seltzer to each bucket
4)mix well
5) Take hydrometer test (shooting for 1.105 SG)
6)Pitch yeast (1 pack per bucket)
7)Watch airlock for bubbling/take hydrometer test after 2 weeks.
