Notes
Add Maple Syrup towards the end of fermentation.
Once fermentation is complete, rack to secondary on top of the following flavor adjuncts:
2.5lb - Toasted Coconut (250°F until golden brown)
4oz - Jamaican Blue Moutain Coffee - coarse-ground
.25oz - Vanilla Bean, chopped, soaked in a small amount of whiskey
.2oz - Toasted Hazelnuts, (250°F until golden brown, removed every 5 minutes to pat dry and remove oils, until oils are no longer visible)
Optional: bourbon-soaked oak cubes before racking to secondary.
