Notes

1127 - mashed in at 150F (small thermo) - did not try to measure the water, just got it to 80c and started running it in until it seemed right. Had the hose handy in case over-shot the temp, but we were good.

Going with instinct on this batch.... has worked well in the past.

Also made sure to switch the water back to the non-softner water.
