I got COVID. Sucked balls.
All my favourite brews have been with large 5 min hops and a dry hop.
I will test this.
Not brewed yet. Will brew this weekend. Trying to find a recipe to split into a Brett and NEIPA Yeast.

I went retarded and got the dry hops ready while I was starting the boil??? So I just whirlpooled them around 70 deg c.

This beer is split into to 10 litre fermenters, with the listed yeasts.
I'll copy this and make another recipe for each yeast when they are done.
