Notes
Yeast is about 1L trub (washed) from the last beer (Black IPA).
ALSO NOTE RE GRAINS: All except for caramunich were actuially GLADFIELD, but the calculator was completely screwing up the mash PH when I used the gladfield presets.
Re: hops the magnum was new, but the hallertau was about 7 months old. Still smelled ok, but not great. Needed the IBU's.
