This is the 1st inaugural beer of Beer Camp 2024! After making 5 great ales all together I set the group loose to design and brew their own beer. Style was voted to be austere Belgian style Saison with a noble hop structure with some zany thrown in. Mash and boil were 90 minutes and yeast selection was a combine large inoculation of Kveik, Brett and a great slurry from a former Marsh Farmhouse Brett ale.
Mia, Geoff, Edie, Birdie, Ted, Sarah, Fred and Peter Cooke in attendance! All received A+!!!
