Tons of trub and hop snur in the wort. It wound up clogging the mesh strainer on the outlet of the brew kettle and I had to remove the strainer to be able to drain the wort. There will be a ton of particulate in the ferment and I'll need to figure out how to package this without pulling too much sediment along
