Notes

Love the flavor from late edition hops with no 60 minute hops. Still plenty bitter… with LOADS of flavor from the hops you choose. The hops in recipe were what we had in the freezer from Yakima. Very fruity…like apricot and peach not citrus.

Will try the late addition only hops again with different varieties and look forward to the flavors.

May up the pale wheat to try and retain the head longer. Flavor changed in the glass as the head dissipated.
