Notes

Steep the crystal 60 in 10 Litres of water at 70 degrees for about 40 minutes, remove grain and add DME bring to a boil and brew just as you normally would. Aroma hops added at flameout. Cool and strain to fermenter. Ferment at 20 degrees. Carbonate to 2.4 volumes of CO2.
