Notes
1) 1.5 gals water, heat to 153F.
2) Add steeping grains to water in steep bag. Steep for 45 mins
3) Remove steeping bag w/grains
4) Add DME
5) Heat water to 203F, (low rolling boil)
6) Boil for 55 mins
7) Add hops in the last 5 mins
8) cool wort to ~75f, Take gravity reading
9) add wort to sanitized fermeter
10) Pitch 1/2 US05 yeast packet into wort
11) Shake the hell out of the fermeter
12) Ferment about a week at ~68F
13) bottle with carb drops for about a week
14) Put in fridge
