Usei arroz parabolizado e milho em flocos, demorou 120 min em converter o amido, um saco!!!!. Recomendo usar arroz comum e ferver antes até que o grão fique mole, não jogar a agua da fervura do arroz ela contem muito amido..
Calculei errado a agua da lavagem e tive que evaporar 10l de agua!!! isso demorou mais de 2hs, Meu sistema evapora a 4litros por hora aos 97,4C.
