Dry Hopping Notes:
Dry Hopping should happen on day 7 of fermentation.
Based on notes, we should crash beer to 60 degrees after primary fermentation, cleaning out fermenter and dry hop for 5 days.
Then cold crash after the 5 days.
Water profile:
Based on video, this guy used poland sprint water and added the designated water agents.
Note:
Dry hopping hops, we should try to use cryo hops for higher yield.
