Overall this brew turned out great. Nice tropical notes. Final ABV ended up slightly less at 6.3%. I Fermented at 70 degrees for 2 weeks. Yeast was very active. Hops dropped on day 3 and left until keg day. Did not have any hop burn. Force Carb for 24 hours at 29psi. Released pressure and set to 11psi for serving. I will be making this one again.
