Notes

This turned out to be the best hazy IPA I have brewed yet. OG was1.071 rather than the 1.076 the recipe that was auto calculated. The lower efficiency may have been from a slightly stuck mash. Final Gravity after 9 days fermenting was 1.012. I decided to let fermentation continue for 1 more day. The taste was soft mouth feel with nice citrus juice flavor with notes of apricot. It has a very hazy appearance! I used food grade magnets to do the dry hopping so as not to expose to oxygen. I performed a closed transfer from fermenter to keg to prevent oxygen exposure as well. If anyone else brews this recipe, I would love to hear your results and feedback, Thanks and enjoy all!
