I aged the ale in the secondary for 3 weeks on medium toast Hungarian Oak that had soaked in bourbon for a couple hours. After 3 weeks I added 1 oz. of dried candy cap mushrooms from Far West Fungi. After one week I removed the mushrooms and bottled the beer. Nice taste of maple along with the bourbon and oak.
