Notes
Overwatered the Sparge on new brewing setup. Lead to a lower OG of 1.062 on 2/10/24
Dry hopped with a gravity of 1.010 on 2/20/24
2/24/24: removed hops and trub. gravity is 1.008
Going to let it cellar while I’m out of town.<br />
3/10/24: added 2oz of Citra cryo hops, felt it needed a bit more character. Otherwise it is smooth and clear at this point. Going to be tasty!
