Notes
Trying a 'Wild Blue' tribute (not a copy cat) to the INBEV/Flying Dog Wild Blue 8% Lager discontinued in 2019. In the last 10 minutes of the boil I am adding 16oz of 'VitaCost' pure blueberry concentrate. Then, during primary fermentation, when fermentation begins to slow down, I will add 7 pounds of crushed frozen blueberries. This will be bottled using the regular measurement of corn sugar for conditioning.
