Notes

I am an all-grain brewer, that is for sure! But a good friend who used to brew but gave up the hobby had 50 lb of beautiful DME with no home. I was the grateful recipient and on a whim and a lark I decided before a long trip to brew it up IPA style....Heat the water, drop it in, boil for awhile add some hops, chill to 78 F, fermenter, hops and Bob's yer uncle. Will let you know how it comes out.....smells good!!

A tribute to all-grain brewing.....not bad but absolutely no personality......sucrose notes.....tough in the keg.....and generally just plain sticky!! LOL.....I am going to use the rest of the DME and make a whisky wash out of it.......don't get me wrong, though, great in a pinch and I am not an experienced DME brewer.....
