Mash in with 5 gallons of water at 129 °F to reach 122 °F. Hold, 1 hour.
Add 2 gallons of boiling water to reach 145.4 °F.
Draw 1.2 gallons thick mash, bring to boil, mix back to raise temperature to 154.4 °F. Hold, 1 hour.
Draw 4 gallons thin mash, bring to boil, mix back in to raise temperature to 183.2 °F.
Begin fly/batch sparge/normal process with 3.42 gallons at 172.5 °F.
Collect 8.73 gallons for pre-boil volume.
