Good brew day. Slow mash lauter due to wheat, used full lb of rice hulls. All seems well. Pitched 1 packet of Classic Munich dry yeast expired by over 3 years but refrigerated the whole time. 40-44 hours of lag time. Fermentation temp of 63-64 till high krausen then held there for 2 days then raised by a degree every other day till 68F.
