Fermentation Notes:
Split into two fermenters and start fermentation at 65°F
At day 3 (or 1.020 OG), dump yeast, add dry hop, allow temp to rise to 69°F and cap pressure (target 15 PSI)
At 7 day crash to 35°F
Close transfer, carbonate, and serve.
Fermenters get 0.75 oz of each variety, either of hop hash or LupoMax.
