Flipping this irish red into a double which I will age on irish whisky and oak cubes. Reuse irish yeast from a previous batch. Kind of making it all up on the spot. Using 2row instead of a more flavorful British base malt. Scaling up base grain bill but leaving specialty malts almost the same, going more after irish red color . Original recipe I remember as coming out too dark so it could get adjusted down more....
