Notes
You owe me a Dollar:
"For every time you say the word Phantasm, you owe me a Nickel."
Trillium style NE IIPA. Intensely cloudy, tropical, and juicy. This was an experimental batch to test the ability of thiolized yeast to contribute a noticeable effect from the bound thiols in Phantasm powder. Batch was split in 2, following the whirlpool, and all hop quantities following that were divided in half and placed in each fermenter or keg.
Probably my favorite IPA recipe thus far. I would make 2 or 3 minor changes:
1) full volume single infusion, no spare.
2) replace nzh-107 with something juicier or a cryo hop
3) maybe replace cosmic punch with a stronger thiolizing yeast.
