Notes

For this brew you will be boiling your hops in a litre of water in a small pot.

Add your hops according to the recipe and after the 30 minutes you can pour the liquid into your fermenter with the premixed Malt Extract/DME through a sanitised strainer of some kind. E.G. sieve or tea strainer.

Once you have checked your original gravity and made a note of it, you can pitch the yeast as long as the temperature is below 25C

Primary fermentation should be complete in 5 to 7 days
