Notes

This is a slightly modified version of Martin Keen’s Homebrew Challenge on YouTube. For a five gallon batch, Originally the ABV was over 6%, so I lowered the base malt by one pound. I increased the crystal malt by 1/2 pound to give it some more color. Also this recipe has been scaled from 5 gallons to 1.25 gallons.
