Notes
1st sparge of 6l yielded 26ltrs of wort. Took 2l out and reheated to strike of 72 and mashed 4kgs of Maris and another 125g of acidulated malt with 25l. Over struck temp and backed down with 1l cold water after removing the same in wort.
