Beer was excellent however I would definitely like more hops. Color was accurate with great glass lacing. I fermented this at 95 degrees. I think the recipe called for 85. It actually has some sour notes and a hint of chocolate. Very pleasant nose. I also think this could have used higher carbonation. I bottle conditioned for two weeks and while there was a good amount of head (1/2") it disappeared quickly. All in all it was very enjoyable however next time more hops and priming sugar.
