Use Sourvisiae/US-05 blend
Pitch at 64° F. Ferment at 64° for 1 day, then raise to 72°. After 4 days add crushed raspberries. Let ferment until FG reached and off-flavors cleaned up, about 7 days. Drop temperature to 45° for 1 day, then lager at 35° for 7 days. Package.
