Recirculating mash overnight. Chilled to 61 to let settle. One fresh pack of 1469 in a 1 liter starter. Brita filtered water, no adjustments. Very smooth brew day. Pre-boil 1.050. Added a 1.5 qt of boiling water to boil to bring up volume mid-boil.
Some Magnum was subbed for bittering because I was short on EKG.
Not bitter enough. Dry hopped 2 oz EKG in the keg. Dumped.
