Start Vol ~ 3.9 gal @ 210F (3.75 gal @ 68F)
End Vol ~ 3.1 gal @ 210F (3.0 gal @ 68F)
Strain wort through bucket filters then aerate with Persian Shake. Ferment at 63F.
1L, 1.051 (145 gm DME) stir plate starter for 48 hrs. Cold crash, decant and re-activate with ~1L of real wort starter at 48F.
