Notes

Brewed this for the first time
underestimated my self or process
OG - 1065 FG - 1006 ABV - 7.74
taste notes - bubble gum, light banana and heavy clove spiciness coming through from the yeast
sweet malt early on
Next batch up the hops a bit both bittering and mandarin Bavaria

ok brewed this beer for the first time and may have under estimated myself
Recipe as above but scaled up to make 25 ltr
O.G 1065 - F.G 1006 Finishing out at 7.74 % ABV
Taste - bubble gum, banana and strong clove taste with malty undertones very nice
next time id up the mandarin Bavaria hops just a touch.
