Notes
Steep grain in 5.5 gal of 153°F (67°C) water for 30 minutes, then raise the temperature to 168°F (76°C). Remove the bag, rinse the grains, bring to a boil and add DME and hops.
Fermentation temperature in the 66–68°F range. Add the 1 oz of medium toast American Oak Chips after primary fermentation is complete, allow 7–10 days of contact time. Add the dry hops 3–7 days before packaging.
