did not seem quite done so jacked up to 400 and left for another 20'
left in oven to cool, removed skin, mashed with fork.

had to add a bit more water to get to the bottom handle bolt on kettle (normal boil volume)
Millennium hops are 2 years old. been in freezer the majority or the time... anticipate significant drop in bitterness from estimate.

baked butternut squash in muslin bag -hop strainer
3 cinnamon sticks - hop strainer
1 tsp dried ginger.
1.25g cloves --- .5 tsp - hop strainer
1.5g nutmeg --- .5 tsp
1.5g allspice --- .5 tsp
imitation vanilla --.5tsp
ended up doing 90' boil. - dylan remember to adjust times in recipe
