Brew date 11/2/23 Mash 90 at 145, boil 90 start 88 gal boil, transfer to fermenter at 62 starting ferment temp with free rise to 82 planned. INIS 201. Og 1.080 used 25 lbs of white sugar because the bag had 25 instead of going with 20 lbs, no other reason.

Used 6 oz emerald spire hops fwh, 12 oz emerald spire at 10 mins

Taste test on the beer not put in barrel and we want more flavor. We are going to add 5 lbs more agave and 10 lbs more Mango to the brite for big boost.
