Light colored and hoppy
Notes
Darker more bitter version of Cornish IPA 44. Going for a Best Bitter flavour but with the hoppy taste and aroma.
Using Pacific Ale slow fermenting Yeast slurrey, Dry yeast from an old Extract kit. Now 5th generation. (4 beers previously brewed on this slurry). It goes off like a rocket, like Kveik, done in 3 to 4 days.
