Notes

Two days prior to brewday, I made a minimash with 5l of water and all the dark grains.
I decanted the grains and added the dark juice to the rest of the wort, at flameout with the remaining hops.
Ten minutes after, I began the to chill the wort.

I treated my water with 6g salt, 3g cacl, 3g gypsum and 6g of phosphoric acid (85%)
