Notes
Added 2 tabs K-Meta to mash.
After 158 mash rest and recirculation, filled kettle to 9.5 gal then transferred last 2 gal runoff to side kettle to condense down to ~0.5 gal.
Main kettle w/ 9.5 gal was heated to ~170 then rested for an hour during a work meeting as 2gal caramelizing boil simmered on stovetop.
Caramelized wort was added to boil kettle later for ~10gal pre-boil volume.
